Paul Frost – Registered Master Inspector

With more than 35 years of hands-on experience in the residential and commercial building industry, Paul Frost brings extensive practical knowledge to every home inspection he undertakes.

As Principal Inspector of New Home Building Inspections, Paul provides independent building inspections for homeowners throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria. His experience across all stages of residential construction allows him to identify defects, poor workmanship and potential issues before they become more difficult and costly to rectify.

Paul is a Registered Building Practitioner, classified as a Domestic Builder Unlimited, which means he is qualified to manage all types of domestic building work and is also a member of The Master Inspector Association of Australia. He has worked with many of Australia’s leading large scale builders as well as custom home builders, giving him a broad understanding of modern construction methods and building practices.

Having inspected thousands of homes across Victoria, Paul understands what to look for at each stage of the building process. His inspections are thorough and independent, with detailed reports that include photographs, clear explanations of identified issues and practical recommendations.
