Slab Inspections

A concrete slab inspection is one of the most important stage inspections you can undertake. This is because the weight of your new home sits on the concrete slab. If there are any issues with the slab your new home is likely to have some structural issues. These issues include cracking walls - both internally and externally. Your new home is also susceptible to having cracked ceilings, floor and wall tiles. You may even end up with windows that do not open.

We always make sure the concrete slab meets the Building Code of Australia and Standard and Tolerances Version 2015.
