Our vendor report provides you with detail of any major defects that your home has. This way you have the choice of rectifying them before you put your house up for sale or pricing the property according to the defects found. You can choose to have both a building inspection as well as pest inspection. A pest inspection is particularly useful if you are in a termite prone area.
A vendor report can also be used as a pre purchase inspection report by the prospective buyer as part of the selling process.

Our Vendor Pest Inspection Includes:
- Interior of building – check for mould in wet areas, leaks from water and drainage pipes
- Exterior of building – check plumbing, ventilation and making sure pipes are not too close to the outside wall
- Roof void – check ventilation and moisture content level
- Sub floor – check ventilation, water leakage, soil build ups and waste material
- Check boundary fences and outbuildings for evidence of pest infestation
- Check trees on the property for evidence of pest infestation
